Poor Service and empty promises I being a MWEB customer for numerous of years now, it seems they can not serve their client base anymore. I went from the LAN line to the LTE service and they promised me unbelievable speed. After numerous calls and complaints I received a call from Brenda Ngete. She said that she will send me a Cell C sim that came long after the promise. Eventually I tested and pay for Cell C and Rain contract (Complained not resolved). Dean De Beyer made contact with me and we agreed that I will make use of the Cell C LTE option. This service lasted for 2 days. I need to buy extra data after I was billed twice. I think MWEB can not serve their client base and any one can contact me regarding their service.

I contacted them only to find that they do not care about their customers after 365 days. I thought so after I been to the shop where I bought it, the sales person said that they changed the consept of the watches because of the comebacks.</p> <p>Be aware once you buy a Fitbit as there is more durable products on the market, and they do not worry about your loss. </p> <p>Do not waste your time to write a mail or visit their suppliers.</p>
