Good Day My son's Fotd Xcab bakkie got gearbox trouble near Harrismith in early January 2025.Since then we are having trouble getting feedback.First the gearbox went missing.Then the wrong hearbox were sent back from Mayfair to Ford Harrismith.Each week I phone in,I get a new story.We need that vehicle.My son is flying in from Kansas this coming Monday to attend his grandfather's fuberal.They offer no help wit transport,only promises of feedback and more "stories" passing the ball to Mayfair...What should we do please?Your help will be appreciated.
