NMG Group: Terrible Service
I submitted all my documents at the end of July 2024. I have been trying to get my payout from August 2024. I spoke to a supervisor on the 29th of November 2024 and then again on the 20 December 2024. I was told that all the paperwork was in order and only the payout was pending. I was promised that I would receive the payment in a couple of days but to date nothing has transpired. I have since then been calling every day but only get the voice answering system and no one takes the call to assist. Yesterday the 02 January 2025 I called again 4 times but did not get any assistance. I called again today and was transferred to a supervisor who is not unavailable. I have experienced this before, and I definitely will not be receiving I a follow up call. As I previously left voice messages, but no one returns my calls from the NMG Group. To date I have called sent emails but have not received any assistance at all. Even now I am on a call to the NMG group and been holding on for 20 minutes and still no one takes the call. The public must know of the terrible service that the NMG gives to its members. I have never dealt with such an *********** company.

NMG GROUP - Worst Service
I contacted the NMG Group when I got retrenched in July 2024. All the paperwork was submitted at the end of July 2024. At the end of August I contacted them to find out the progress of my payout only to be told that it was going to be processed. Thereafter I called them every week, and they provided different excuses every time I called. A month ago they said that it would be paid out, and the supervisor promised that by the 2nd December 2024 I would receive my payment. Till today nothing has transpired. This company is very *********** and defently would advise people to think carefully before engaging the services of this company. When you call in the 086 number provided on the website it says it does not exist. When I call their landline number I gave to wait up to 45 minutes to an hour before the call is taken. I am very frustrated as this company does not care about honouring their word and probably making an interest on our funds that they have. I am now going to engage an attorney to get my retirement payout as this is ridiculous. Their business ethics are thrash and the way they conduct their business is most unprofessional. So people be aware that his company offers the worst service ever.
