Mobicredit failed to record my payment and offers no assistance
I am extremely frustrated with the poor service I have received from Mobicredit. On 17 December, I made a manual payment of R1,700 because no debit order was taken that month, unlike previous months. Since then, I have been struggling to get Mobicredit to correctly record this payment on my account. I have contacted Mobicredit numerous times via phone, email, and WhatsApp, requesting that they allocate my payment and fix my account, which is incorrectly showing as being in arrears. Despite all these attempts, I have received no proper assistance or resolution. This week, after noticing that once again no debit order was taken, I requested a statement. I initially assumed this was because my R1,700 payment was more than the monthly instalment. However, when I received the statement, I discovered that my payment was never recorded at all, and Mobicredit is still claiming that I am in arrears. This is completely unacceptable. I have proof that I made the payment, yet Mobicredit has failed to allocate it and has ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. The level of service and lack of accountability is shocking. I am requesting that Mobicredit urgently: Allocate my payment of R1,700 made on 17 December Correct my account and remove the incorrect arrears Provide a corrected statement
