Mobicredit failed to record my payment and offers no assistance I am extremely frustrated with the poor service I have received from Mobicredit. On 17 December, I made a manual payment of R1,700 because no debit order was taken that month, unlike previous months. Since then, I have been struggling to get Mobicredit to correctly record this payment on my account. I have contacted Mobicredit numerous times via phone, email, and WhatsApp, requesting that they allocate my payment and fix my account, which is incorrectly showing as being in arrears. Despite all these attempts, I have received no proper assistance or resolution. This week, after noticing that once again no debit order was taken, I requested a statement. I initially assumed this was because my R1,700 payment was more than the monthly instalment. However, when I received the statement, I discovered that my payment was never recorded at all, and Mobicredit is still claiming that I am in arrears. This is completely unacceptable. I have proof that I made the payment, yet Mobicredit has failed to allocate it and has ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. The level of service and lack of accountability is shocking. I am requesting that Mobicredit urgently: Allocate my payment of R1,700 made on 17 December Correct my account and remove the incorrect arrears Provide a corrected statement I hope this public complaint finally gets the attention needed to resolve this matter.

I opened an account with them. Provisionally approved. Requested docs to be uploaded. With cant be done on the website. Due to their page error. Documents emailed. Contact number says open on public holidays but clearly not. Now I try to log back in my account. Error on password. Trying to reset password also an error on the page. Absolutely perthetic service

Had some login issues with the Mobi App, tried to reset password but now account blocked. Called the call centre and they have unblocked the account, now i had to follow the instructions that they send on email. Received the email and try to reset password. I now have to receive and email from them with a temporary password. I am still waiting for the email with the password, now 2 hours. I called the call centre and explained all, the person at call centre said there is nothing he can do. I do receive emails from all other persons and did receive from Mobi Credit earlier today, now with the password i don't get an email. I am just told there is nothing that Mobi credit can do.... How does this work????? Very Very bad service, and when i said so i can delete the app and not use it, the person said to me yes but i must still pay the account. This is bad bad bad -

Good day. Please explain to me how on my app it shows I'm Outstanding with the amount of R4876.95, and getting my new ITC report this morning, dropping my score with 3 points , have you any idea how long it would take to recover those point back!! saying I'm on 103 % with an amount of R4959 , being 3% over utilised and this is updated by you the Company (Your mobicredit exceeds its limit on your report) (This has a strong negative impact on your credit score) I am in utter disbelieve and totally disgusted to say the least. I have paid what was due every month, never been in arrears, so how does this happen? Russy Smith

Absolute service oriented. Far far better than most international companies!! Regardless of having waited in the WhatsApp queue, it's fine.

Its been three months now that I have settled my account with Mobicred for the past 2 months I been calling them to update my credit status on the credit bureau cause it still shows I am arrears which is effecting my credit n credit score they keep telling me it's going to be done but nothing happens it seems like they are confused which dept is responsible for doing the update no body has a clue yet somebody from there did put the initial "in arrears" results on the credit bureau

Good day, Nicole form MobiCredit was Amazing in assisting me, she was initiative, patient and persistent during my extensive OTP issue, she went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved
