Had a few issues but they then went out of there way and sorted out the claim and payment - Quick Quick.
Never ever take out Naked Insurance. Very quick to get customers on board but when claiming they mislead the customer and it takes forever to get done. When you call or email they just send a short email back highlighting words. Very arrogant when talking to claims dept. I spoke to Thabo ( Manager) at Naked i hope but also not very helpful. I moved all my insurance to Naked - maybe i made a mistake?
Had some login issues with the Mobi App, tried to reset password but now account blocked. Called the call centre and they have unblocked the account, now i had to follow the instructions that they send on email. Received the email and try to reset password. I now have to receive and email from them with a temporary password. I am still waiting for the email with the password, now 2 hours. I called the call centre and explained all, the person at call centre said there is nothing he can do. I do receive emails from all other persons and did receive from Mobi Credit earlier today, now with the password i don't get an email. I am just told there is nothing that Mobi credit can do.... How does this work????? Very Very bad service, and when i said so i can delete the app and not use it, the person said to me yes but i must still pay the account. This is bad bad bad -
Vey Very Bad Service, I have logged a call for a claim on 16 May. All info send as requested by agent, were told that i will receive a call on monday 12 May. No Call received, when i called again is was told that a call will be received by Thursday 22 May. Again no call received. When i look on the Budget Site under claims it showed pending, now it shows not paid. My car needs to be repaired, i live in East London at the Sea and the sea / salt in the air will cause more damage if not fixed urgently. I just can't get hold of the people to assist. I pay my premiums on time every month but when it comes to claims there is always an issue. Id Number: 731028 5076 085 E Celliers Who can assist??? Bad bad Insurance company
They have my phone now for months not sold, asked for it to be returned. Paid the courier fees but now 2 months still not returned. They don't answer the phones and emails. Maybe they closed down or starting a ****?
Very Very Bad service with new Loan Offer. Recieved SMS that new offer available. Applied and then called to ask if loan approved. Informed by Agent that the debit order for existing loan not reflecting on system and that i need to call after 2 days. Did call after 2 days now told loan declined with no reasons. Agent very rude and got upset when asking for help with this. She just dropped the call. Tried to call again asking to speak to manager but they not available. The worst ever loan application done online. Why send me an SMS with new Loan offer if getting no service.
