Pathetic After Service Support
Yesterday I bought a month services from Strimz unfortunately I captured the incorrect email address when I logged a ticket to the mess of their support desk giving the correct email details to send the details to I have not received any feedback from them up to this morning which means I paid for something that I wont be able to use Strimz used to awesome but it seems they just take your money now without any after service support absolutely pathetic

Strimz has zero aftersales Customer service
Your service is non existent!!! Permanently glitches on the spost channels..especially Supersport rugby and when trying to get the issue sorted on the chat platform there is absolutely nobody that even answers!! New owners are far worse than the previous. Even trying the email and not even an attempted reply.

i wanted to share my Review on a iptv service called : www.buy-ip-tv.com they have the best support & Prices always answering when i need them they have good servers and user friendly apps that are really easy to use .

Down with now support
I Have been down for 2 days now and they do not respond to the chat facility i have even upgraded to the gold package still nothing from them. Just wasted R 490 because there is no support or support number. I am so mad right now

I paid for the 3 months subscription today the 28th Oct 2023, around 2.50pm I got confirmation of payment from strimz A consultant via the chat told me it will take a few minutes to sort out the access It's now 6.17pm and there has been no updates received from them I have sent many message requesting an update and sadly there are no responses via chat or email I am at the point to summarise this as a **** I hope they see this post and I want my money back and will never do any business with them
