I paid for the 3 months subscription today the 28th Oct 2023, around 2.50pm I got confirmation of payment from strimz A consultant via the chat told me it will take a few minutes to sort out the access It's now 6.17pm and there has been no updates received from them I have sent many message requesting an update and sadly there are no responses via chat or email I am at the point to summarise this as a **** I hope they see this post and I want my money back and will never do any business with them
I purchased a couch from the Rochester Fourways branch in Sept 2022. Started experiencing structural issues in Nov 22. They attempted to repaired it in Dec 22 but caused more damage but still delivered it to my home. I was told to log another complaint for them to pick up the couches which they only did in Feb 2023. Made me wait for a long time. They couldn't agree to my conditions for attempting a 2nd repair so I was told that a credit will be raised and I will get a refund . I then received an email on the 17th March indicating that a refund will be done for the delivery costs which did appear in my bank account on the 25th March. I am still awaiting for the balance of my refund being R12000 The store manager is emailing the relevant department daily and he is not getting any positive responses. He basically needs the return centre to process a return sales order so that he can trigger the refund on his side. I really need help to get my money from Rochester No one from Rochester is willing to give me the contact details for their CEO Their complaints department keeps on refering me back to the store manager I cannot send them any message via their inbox on Facebook messenger. I feel like they maybe blocked me. Hoping to get this resolved soon Regards Unhappy Rochester Customer
