Bad Service from StrimzTV
I paid for the 3 months subscription today the 28th Oct 2023, around 2.50pm
I got confirmation of payment from strimz
A consultant via the chat told me it will take a few minutes to sort out the access
It's now 6.17pm and there has been no updates received from them
I have sent many message requesting an update and sadly there are no responses via chat or email
I am at the point to summarise this as a ****
I hope they see this post and I want my money back and will never do any business with them

28 Oct 2023, 17:27I have received feedback from the Strimztv team and they have now restored my access. The silence from their side since 3pm today was quite unfortunate in that they had a massive system crash which prevented them from chatting or responding to any emails. so far Streaming is stable and quality is excellent... Will provide a further update later in the week. To the Strimztv team, sorry to hear of the system issues and thanks for coming back to me tonight and resolving me access issue.
