Yesterday I bought a month services from Strimz unfortunately I captured the incorrect email address when I logged a ticket to the mess of their support desk giving the correct email details to send the details to I have not received any feedback from them up to this morning which means I paid for something that I wont be able to use Strimz used to awesome but it seems they just take your money now without any after service support absolutely pathetic
This is bit of a mixed one for me Naked was great in processing my claim, however the service provider Naked makes use of wanted me to uneccessarily replace my whole windscreen I however enquired with two other Reputable Glass dealers for a second opinion and both these companies informed me the chip can be safely repaired I paid this repair out of my own pocket , Kudos to Naked willing to refund me, just a suggestion maybe Naked must look in to make use of Either the Blue Guys or the Red guys and this is the reason for only 3 stars and not 5
