Capitec Bank dont realize it was the small people that made them grow big into what they are today their call center people are not trained to handle or help sort out issues we all make mistakes n I just made a mistake by agreeing to a debi check which I later found out that the company was not legit I am trying to cancell that debi check but I am told the company can only cancell that debi check which they are refusing to do as this was a **** that I fell into the bank was supposed to have a way to deal with this kinda misapps so what do I do to stop that debit order any ideas
When I started with Raina few years ago it was R529 per month now without any correspondence it's shot up R589 per month while their service goes down their prices go up will have to look at other options
These guys only want to take but never give back or help i been with these guys forever been trying to get a loan from them from the beginning it always declines say I don't fit the criteria what criteria? must I be a millionaire to get a loan if I was the I wouldn't be needing your scrooges I just needed a personal loan and I bank with yourll I can't not default VOETSAK going to find another bank

Been waiting for 3 months for MOBICRED to update my credit status with the credit burreu but until now nobody is clued up what to do or how to do it even their Debt Collectors VVM are as useless as they are from information I received its the duty of Mobicred the lender to do the update which they failing they were fast enough every month to update me as in arrears now they don't care
Worst call centre ever don't know nothing can't solve simple issues or don't know the answer to simple questions I settled my Mobicred acc through VVM now when I ask my status to be updated on the credit bureau from in arrears to settled they don't know who is responsible to do that Mobicred another useless bunch don't know either
Bad service 3 months have gone by since I settled my account but on the credit bureau still shows I am in arrears which is causing untold headaches I been phoning every day to sort it out but I been given the runaround around they say phone their attorneys VVM they say phone Mobicred both call center ppl need some deep training who is responsible to change my status on the credit bureau Vvm the people I settled the acc with or Mobicred the ppl I borrowed the money from please assist as these ppl are turning me into a monster on my previous review I was promised somebody would get in touch with me nothing as yet it's me that's phoning I am going to take action
Best service one can ever receive or dream about the Technician Nick and Receptionist at CTS are the most friendly helpful guys any company would be proud to have twice i walked in to get printers repaired and twice Nick just opened it and knew immediately what the fault was and sorted it right there guys keep up the good work CTS must be proud to have staff like you guys
