Telkom not resolving Profile link to Account. Can you urgently address this issue with your IT Teams. When you send me the invoice and I click on the payment link The invoice details no the balance don't show. Instead a Zero balance shows. The Reference Number for your Inquiry is REF#_10322268. What has changed Telkom even your people in the WALK IN Stores cant take payments and they are so unhappy with having to tell customer got to PnP etc!!! In the meantime I have to pay. If you dont have a solution give me the banking details and the email address for the person to receive the POP.
I am not happy with the withdrawal progress of my retirement annuity.
The customer service centre (under Alexandra Forbes Provident Fund).lacks badly at client service. Over 3 weeks trying to get a simple withdrawal of my own funds. The emails and agents are so useless. Emails lack badly at service oriented approach. It is almost like "we know he will comeback to us". U ask for next actions you get Zero feedback. You explain your situation, Zero feedback or even an attempt to assist. My Financial Advisor is okay. Just those people into call center, they are useless! I can not be calling them daily! They send forms that are not readable. What are those phones for? I regret allowing them to manage my funds!!!!!!!!!
Absolute service oriented. Far far better than most international companies!! Regardless of having waited in the WhatsApp queue, it's fine.

<p>Over 3 months asking this bank to reverse illegal deduction from account. They partly did it despite their own private banker division completing the the forms.</p> <p>My question, if their own staff can not get things done, where does this leave me on the outside.</p> <p>This bank cliams to be No1 and assume we are fools..... Reference numbers that they give are bunch of lies and silly rubbish. You try and get hold of their senior management you get a black hole.
