Please explain to me how on my app it shows I'm Outstanding with the amount of R4876.95, and getting my new ITC report this morning, dropping my score with 3 points , have you any idea how long it would take to recover those point back!! saying I'm on 103 % with an amount of R4959 , being 3% over utilised and this is updated by you the Company (Your mobicredit exceeds its limit on your report) (This has a strong negative impact on your credit score) I am in utter disbelieve and totally disgusted to say the least. I have paid what was due every month, never been in arrears, so how does this happen? Russy Smith

Good day. Please check and updates your records and fix whatever the problem is. This is now the 2nd time this has happened, and I am now fed up with this! My debit order is in place, my account is being tracked when the money arrives in my account, and being debited, I get a notification SMS's of your Debi Check order even before I receive my SMS stating may salary was deposited, and still get calls and these types of arear SMS's, my account is reflecting in arears on the app as well , My account was debited for the instalment on 24 October 2025, and is yet to be updated that the money was collected from my account, now I'm receiving calls, that I refuse to answer , as I know it was paid , I'm not defending myself over a call if I know I am not in the wrong. I have emailed with a proof of payment/debit and yet to receive a favourable outcome and the records to be updated, that the money was collected, and on a sidenote, I will be rather irritated if this is going to reflect negatively on my ITC record due to Capfin being negligent and not having its House in order. I am totally upset and irritated with Finchoice , I took out a loan with them in September 2025. My pay date is the 25th of every month My salary comes in anytime during the day of the 25th, Debi check is set up, account tracking in place, I get a call from then this morning (25/09/2025) at 9:45 in the morning, asking if there is a problem as payment has not been received by them. Like REALLY!!, it is not even 10 in the morning and my salary in not in reflecting in my account as yet, when i got annoyed about being called, as it is not the end of the business day, that I agreed the loan repayment to be paid, she changed her story saying it was a courtesy call. Call me on the 26th if no payment reflected. Not at 9:45 in the morning of the day it is due and make me feel like i am a bad non-paying customer. Please do BETTER!!
