This is a call centre scam! Our usual locksmith was closed for the day, these ''locksmiths'' come up as an advert on google. They quote reasonably over the phone, and then they send a "locksmith'' through and then charge exorbitant fees R4000-R6000 and wont leave until payment is made immediately. When questioned the locksmith blames the call centre, and the call centre blames the locksmith. They aren't registered and when you call reputable locksmiths to tell them the situation, they are fully aware of these scam artists. And it is the same two people. Be careful, do not use google ads when you are searching for reputable businesses.
