My mother send me money yesterday via mobile money from Boxer, I went to puck'n pay Kwa-Thema to draw it. It decline on my phone so I phoned them to find out what's going on and they told me that because my cell number has change so they will phone me within 3 hours to change my number. I waited from 18:00 till 7am when they called me to change it. Today I asked my mother to resend it again and she did, I went to same pick'n pay to draw money using my money for transportation to get there. The cashier did transaction and it decline again and on my phone show as it has been drawn. I phone call center immediately to find out what is going on and they told me that till was offline so it will reflect within 72hours that means I have to stop everything I have planned and wait for them to draw this money even that person who send me think I have use this money for my personal things. I made appointment for today and they close where I have to go but because they have control over our money we have to suffer. They should close this money transfer if they can make it to their clients. Last time at Pick'n pay Kempton park same thing happened it went offline while I was on the till
