Refuse to exchange my daughter school shoes while I have a purchase slip, I told them that this purchase was done online via Bash and the person that did it for me won't be available. My daughter need shoes to go to school and I was struggle to get Thoughees size 4 thatswhile we endup buying via Bash. I went to Jet Evaton Mall cz I checked on the system that they do have size 5 and only 1 item but the cashier told me that they want card that I used when I did the purchase. I made it clear that this person who have an account won't be able to come to the shop, I just need change size and I have receipt but they refuse to exchange it now am stuck with the small size and my daughter must go to school. Return or exchange item says do that within certain period, item should be in a good condition and provide a proof of purchase but Jet need a card so what if the person with a card went overseas and will be back after a year which means I can only exchange whatever i bought after a year.
Shoprite, U-save could you please stop selling bus ticket for APM bus this people are ****s. They don't have bus from Johannesburg and you kept on selling tickets for them. We slept at park station and they don't even give us our money back. Stop working with them cz we gonna endup not trusting you
I bought a bus ticket on the 23 August from Shoprite cost R400 from Johannesburg park station to Idutywa. I went to park station on time when I get there, I look for APM offices but there was nothing. I ask the security to show me gate 1 and different security guard were telling me that APM is no longer using Johannesburg park station , I have to go to the main gate. I was so shocked but went there and I found many people standing there aswel waiting for bus. We receive a message saying APM apologize for inconvenience they are running late till 22:00 they sent a message saying we must make come back next day still next day same apologize. Last message said we have to email them for ticket voucher, I want my money back and I wish they can cancel this route at Shoprite because we will endup saying they are cruel aswell please Shoprite don't sell APM bus ticket. My daughter was admitted in a private hospital, they told me that she has to go to the theater immediately because she was dying appendix burst. When i got to the hospital, they call medical aid for authorization for consultation, at the hospital they told me that I must pay consultation fees of R2500 so i paid then they took my daughter to theater. my daughter was summited on the 4th of May till 31 May 2022 and i received a statement from all the doctors and hospital that i owe an amount of R650 000 offish DISCOVERY complain about the code that hospitals use to invoice. Am paying the hospital and the doctors at the moment because i don't want my daughter to have debts. I end up removal my daughter from the medical aid because she was going to use other one. i want DISCOVERY to stop using people and am stuck on this because of the company choices.
My mtn number is suspended since February and no one did notify me. I called mtn because I couldn't buy data and airtime, they unlock that but locked all incoming calls and sms. I have been using this number over 10 years and mtn is taking my freedom away, i cannot login to any of the things need sms verification cz i don't receive sms and calls. This phone am using cannot work with mtn sim. So am stuck with their demo sim 0786025984
I went to pick'n pay Delmas to buy Russel Hobbs Microwave and it cost R999 on the pamppamphlets but on the till it cost R1199. I ask the cashier why the price differ and she called her supervisor. The supervisor came and saw it then she disappeared. When she came back after 25 minutes she said, she was looking for email saying this price is wrong. I said, why they don't take all this pamphlets and destroy and she look at with attitude after say" i cannot answer your questions but this price is wrong. I feel like, they have been robbing us cz this is not human error and am buying my groceries and clothes etc from them and this is what they capable of doing. Am disappointed cz i trusted them
I went to Sleepmasters to buy a bed cost R3299 and they convince me to open an account, i applied and it was approve. Vanisa convince again to change the type of bed and size which was R4299, i agree but they deliver the bed, i choose first cost R3299 although they charge me R4299. I went back to the store and ask if they aware of that, i found different people every time, i went there and they telling me to bring back the bed and come with an amount of R1500 to change the bed. The bed that they gave me, i don't even use it because the springs are coming out. i went back to same month, i bought and Vanisa said, i must first pay up my account and i did but they telling me about R1500 although they gave me wrong bed.
My friend Thulani Ximba had a contract phone with Telkom, they called him last year about renewing contract so he told them, he doesnt want to have contract. They told him that he must not be surprised cause the debt order will continue. He have to reverse the money from his bank monthly because of Telkom refusing to be declined by client. I applied for Maternity UIF in Springs, my UI19 was sent to Kabelo Masilela as company procedure, i emailed Kabelo aswel to find out if he got my documents on the day labour branches opened. I went to the branch personal to submit rest of documents and i wrote my details incase if they need clarification. I got a call from Kabelo telling me that he got my UI19 so he will capture it on Monday 2 June 2020, i should expect funds. I called him on the 3rd to check if he did, he told me that he will do it after lunch because he was working on the entrance, i went in the branch within two week to check if he capture my documents, he told me he will do it before end of day. I spoke to my payroll to email me UI19 so that i can submit to somebody else, i went to the branch carrying my baby they refuse to help me because no child is allowed, they took my documents to Kabelo and he gave me a paper telling me to come back on the 2 August 2020 to submit. I waited about a week and more for funds to be available nothing, i phoned him and emailed him only came back to me after two weeks telling me that my documents is short with UI2.3, he emailed it, i took it to the hospital when i email it back my emails don't go through him thinking he blocked me, i phoned today 21 July 2020 to find out if he manage to submit and receive UI2.3. He told me, he will call me back . I am going back to work next month and i had to borrow money to buy my baby needs although i am paying UIF. My salary wasn't enough for my stuff and my new baby.
I once complain about African Bank charged me, R1140 to transfer money from their account to my account. I never see any changes. I took a loan of R2000 and I paid an amount of R25598 off wish I was still working by then only to find out that they charge me an interest of R22888 which means if i borrow R20 000, I should pay an amount of R48 486. I want to settle this account cause they even send my name to Debts review that also took my money promising that they will negotiate to cut all the interest but that didn't happen. I paid the company to take me out of debt review that also cost me R9800, I spoke to my Lawyer about this and they told me that I should bring all necessary document with the settle amount only to find out they give me 30% that is +R16300 which doesn't even make a different.
