Mobile Outfitters, A scam?

Wrapped my phone last year at an astronomical price, but was assured that I was given a lifetime warranty where I can rewrap it as many times as I want for the fitment price.

Went back there to get my phone rewrapped, nope, they are closed down, no branches close to me or anywhere in Durban and all my money wasted.

Emails get ignored, no contact details, website doesn't show locations.

If you are from South Africa, rather go to a proper retailer, as Mobile Outfitters has a habit of opening up and closing down all over the place, to take your money but not provide a service back and no contact details when you need them to provide their warranty service.
