Hi there is a guy who does electricity units on Facebook. He calls himself Mr Mathebula. Please people don't give this person money. He is a ****. He will tell u to deposit money for electricity units. I wanted units for R400 so I deposited into his Tyme bank account and he said my electricity box is not registered yet. I must add R200 so I did then he didn't respond to my messages. He will just blue tick on whatsapp

We use Mobile Power to purchase pre-paid electricity via SMS. Since last week they have not reacted to our SMS orders. They do not answer their telephones and their website is offline! This amounts to no service. Can municipalities please refrain from using them as service provider.<br>

I bought R400 worth of electricity and didn't receive my token number. I sent a SMS for support, I e-mailed them and spend the whole evening listening to their call centre music, all my airtime busted. Its the next morning, still no token nr, haven't been able to speak to anyone and no response from them!
