Mobomoola is a scam

Mobimoola was deducting money from my account and I told them to stop as I was not intersted in their loan. They told me to write them a letter to request a refund which I did. I kept on calling them and they told me that they will refund me during May and their refund takes plus or minus 21 days to pay. In July I wrote an email to them requesting my refund and the Customer Relations Manager responded telling me that they are paying in batches and your name must be pulled by IT for you to get your money, as they cannot do any changes on the batches because they keep records of all the refunds. I waited and waited and no response. This mobimoomola thing is a scam and its taking money from the poor family to build their empire. They need to be arrested or close the company before it rip off other poor families.
