<p>I have this company/scam MobiMoola deducting funds via debit order (I don't know how they do so) on my standard bank account. I have searched their details on google and come up with various numbers for them, all of them don't exist. I don't know which way any more. I've picked up that this happens every month now. Please help me stop them.</p>

Unauthorized Debit
Good Day, I'm very pissed with Mobimoola. They called me a few years ago regarding their small loans. I agreed to take the loan but never used their money. I decided to cancel few days after I took the loan and they debited my money for the full amount that month. I called them to complain and asked them to stop debiting even wrote a cancellation letter and emailed to them they stopped for a while and started again after cancelling again in writing they stopped and started again now 30 Jan 2016. Please I'm begging you stop debiting my account coz now I want to contact my lawyer to help me. Just stop robbing people I want my money back imagine 2 debits

Debit orders
I do not know nor do i understand why mobimoola is debiting my account every month for R199, R136, R136 respectively, i have not taken a loan from them in a very long time and last time i wanted to take a loan feom them they rejected me yet they are debiting my account every month, their contact centre is not helping at all i am not getting any explanations and i want all my money back

Still waiting on refund due to me
So I have complained about Mobimoola and was told I will be getting a refund, I AM STILL WAITING!! You took money from me when you felt like it but I must wait for I don't know how long to get it back. This is ridiculous. If my money is not paid within the next 48 hours, there will be cops on your asses. Thank you and good luck.

Mobimoola thiefs!!
Recently I was debited by these sharks for money I did NOT receive. I have contacted Scorpions to get hold of these idiots stealing people's money, I also put a stop order on any unauthorized debits being taken from my account. I also want my money back!!! They better refund me within the next 24 hours, sick of these harks.

Mobimoola thiefs!!

Mobomoola is a scam
Mobimoola was deducting money from my account and I told them to stop as I was not intersted in their loan. They told me to write them a letter to request a refund which I did. I kept on calling them and they told me that they will refund me during May and their refund takes plus or minus 21 days to pay. In July I wrote an email to them requesting my refund and the Customer Relations Manager responded telling me that they are paying in batches and your name must be pulled by IT for you to get your money, as they cannot do any changes on the batches because they keep records of all the refunds. I waited and waited and no response. This mobimoomola thing is a scam and its taking money from the poor family to build their empire. They need to be arrested or close the company before it rip off other poor families.
