I recently had a claim with outsurance and within a day it was finalized. awesome experience from the outsurance team.

You order car parts online from them ( pay online) and then you never receive the parts and NEVER FEEDBACK. If you sent them email they will not respond but only as below indicating they will NOT REFUND and you must wait forever ( will never receive parts)—so far I wait 10 weeks. Devi Govender apparently had them on her show on e-tv ( only saw this when I started to look for online reviews. A horrible company seems to be. Somehow we need to stop them

I placed an order 27/7/2025 and the order could not be delivered it was pushed to the next day , i called and asked them to cancel the order which they did, i have also asked for my money to be paid back to my account and still waiting , how long must i wait? i paid for a service not rendered and now i must wait to get my money back???
To whom it may concern, we have been in an accident on June 20th which was the result of one of Iwyze clients who caused it, claim was logged and all supporting documents have been submitted, why do we need to wait 45 days (over a month) for the claim to be processed and the claims administrator still tells us it will take her 15 days to go through paperwork??? this is not our fault and we have to sit with a damaged vehicle , please prioritise this and get the claim sorted in this week still, again we have to suffer because of someone else's mistake.
I cancelled 4 of my contracts that I received quotes on and I paid the premature cancelation fees as per the quotes and my numbers have been converted to prepaid . how do you still invoice me R5000????? correct this I have canceled and was told any arrears are included in the quote. the only bill I need is for the 2 contracts still on my account. I been with vodacom for many years and you want to give me a R5000 bill after my contracts were canceled?NO I won't pay this fix it
how do you people get to R2100 overdue on my account when I never even used the device or the service!!! I told you to come fetch the device it's never even been opened! I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I NEVER USED and I will dispute this with the credit bureau. I told you to cancel this but no u can't even respond. WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE THIS IS and on top of that they can't even give you a breakdown of the "charges"
