I received a sms from mtn my superflex data is nearly finished and would like to offer to migrate to a higher plan and will keep me connected I did it on the app but will only take affect on my billing date. My data is finished and there sms is flase advertising

My dad has been a vodacom clients since its beginning. He upgraded his contract about +- 3 weeks ago. They told him his new phone will be delivered in 2- 5 business when he followed up they say that ram couriers could not find them at home so they sent it back ram didn't even notify them of delivery that nor phone him. So again restarted the process and after complaining they said in 2 working days. He went to the vodacom branch in new market mall to get this and they tell him they first have to cancel the online order and that will take a guess another week before they can assist him in the branch. Its been another week no delivery just phone has not been dispatched. This is how vodacom treat there oldest and loyal clients
Worst experience ever first the supplier took forever to get my order ready stays with the bs comment of 5 working days continues to blame the public holiday i did not order on the public holiday then blames bob shop. Statement says in 3 business day delivery after shipment has been received according to tracking it hasn't even been collected by the courier and it's day 3 already No responses it's pathectic
There was ***** on my account for a Microsoft payment which I did not authorized they blocked the card and replaced it but still have to wait 21 working days to finalize in 21 days money is gone
I went through Rentoza to get a phone which i cannot complain they are good but my subscription ended 11/24 and i paid R950 per month for a samsung s21fe 128gb. Value currently new is R4799 from Samsungs so i have paid from 11/23 till 02/25 a total of R15200 . when i asked about the phone they still want me to another R1999.00 to get ownership of the phone which is day light ******* i have paid more than the value back surely why must i pay extra
Vodacom has this powerflex package which is affordable so wanted this. I have had my cellphone nr for 12 years and is a vodacom prepaid when applying u cannot use your nr. That is pathetic then don't offer this at all P
I have downlaoded and registered on the app since august they are verifying my bank details they dont respond to emails they dont answer there phones they dont respond on whatsapp this is pathetic
been waitiing nearly 2 hours to talk to someone systems says 43 minutes its 2 hours now
they debit hold your account when you phone to understand and get this unlock as regulated bank law says no bank can do this they must call the onwer of the account they still block your account then u must pay the call centre on the phone via privately ewallet to unblock your own account just to block it again the next day. how can you lock an aacount only people who can is sars
