I had no internet since last night. I contacted RSAWEB through chat and was connected to Nomtha. I was disconnected due to data issues but connected again and Nomtha tried everything to get my internet up and running. After feeling so frustrated she reassured me that she will help me and she did. Nomtha keep up the good work I'm very impressed with all the effort you put in to get my internet connected again, thank you.
I'm so ****ed never booking.com disappointed me today and I had so much faith in them. The add didn't say much about paying for pools I onlybsaw kids' pool has additional charges and I thought it was a special pool area and I will gladly pay for her and we will enjoy at the Lagoon but to our surprise we had to pay R150pp to go and swim imagine what a bucket waist of time and money. I immediately cancelled on the spot now all I want is to take my family on holiday where pools are included for same or even much less after peak time. So so ****ed.
I signed up in May 2023 and was promised I will be removed from debt review and all prescribed debt will be written off in 40days. In Dec 2023 I received a clearance letter that I was removed from debt review and they promised me that the prescribed debt will be removed and my credit score will improve but ever since I've been waiting for them, no answer on whatsapp and the landline doesn't work either. I had so much faith in them but now I'm so angry coz they don't get back to me and my life is a mess. When I called in Jan 2024 they told me all consultants were fired and that everything will be running smooth now. I'm still waiting and there's no answers I want what they promised me since I've paid for the service but no help at all. It will really help if somebody can get back to me and finish the process please.
I bought 2 pars of sneakers incl courier it was R2150. They then send me wrong sizes after 2 weeks and I immediately send them back same day through postnet. They said they will receive them in 3 days and refund me that was before Christmas. I'm still waiting They don't reply on whatsapp and don't answer the phone these people are ****mers but I will get my money I won't leave them like this if I checked the reviews before I wouldn't have had this problem but I will never recommend them coz their customer service is ****en bad and they call themselves a business.
I retract my statement I made on 5 Dec 2023. Seems like I was wrong about them they did get back to me and delivered what they promise I got my clearance as promised. Thank you National ITC Consulting no will check after 7 days with the credit bearaus to see if I'm really cleared and will definitely recommend you.
I've been with Vox since January 2022 when I moved from Webafrica. I never had any problems with my fibre until 13 days ago when I couldn't connect. Openserve technicians came and changed my router 3 times since Sunday and also changed the cable even involved specialist from Telkom to deal with my problem but still nothing. I spoke to Neeresh from vox support who was very helpful but still no solution to my problem. Vox instead told me to change my package cause there's too many interruptions with my wifi which I think is not the best solution since I've paid for a service I never received. this is not my problem and want it fixed and also want to know what will be done regarding my almost 2 weeks without any service and the money I spend on data which cost more than my package as I'm working from home and my kids also use the wifi for their schoolwork. I've spent too much money on data for 4 people for almost 2 weeks. I need Vox to call me with a solution to my problem not add to my problem by suggesting I should upgrade my package which I can't afford. I'm so ****ed seriously I need an answer soon or I will cancel and move and won't pay any charges or cancellation cost. I need a solution to my problem a need refund for the data I bought or they must do something to keep me happy but I won't pay on the 1st I will make sure there's no money in my account for them to deduct and will move to another service provider already looking for 1. I was speaking so highly of Vox even referring people to them not knowing that I will be having problems so soon. Vox pick up your socks people are already complaining on Hellopeter and it's not looking good at all call me urgent 0817966258 I will be waiting for your call.
I registered with intec College in 2019 and all my fees was paid by my employer including exam fees. I only wrote 1 subject and couldn't write the other 1 in Dec 2020 due to a covid case at home and I informed them and even send death certificate. Intec now sends me invoices saying I owe them R900 and I couldn't even write my exams this year in June and now in Nov 2021. I called, emailed and even went to the office in Pretoria and they told me they will fix it but until now they didn't. I'm tired of Intec I never even received assignment results and I'm very unhappy, was supposed to finish this year but still nothing from them. If this matter is not resolved soon I will involve my lawyers to resolve this matter. I need an urgent response to settle this matter. I'm not the only person complaining about them but I will not leave this matter like this. They requested proof of payment and after sending it I never heard from them again, I send emails but no response I'm getting ****ed seriously will contact the Ombudsman as well.

I'm very impressed with your food, service and friendly staff. #WIN I've been enjoying your food so much that I go there at least once a week to buy a chicken meal. Your flame grill chicken is so far the best that I ever had and I want to say keep it up. I think some of the other restaurant can learn from you.
Today I ordered the wecKY Wednesday online deal of R149. 90 with extra cheese on all burgers was R14 plus delivery of R15 coste R178. 90. After receiving my delivery I opened the burgers to see if I got the correct order but no there was no cheese last week Wednesday I received hot chicken burgers instead of beef burgers with cheese. I'm so tired of Steers Tshwane mall still waiting for the owner to call me so I'm going to call the owner now sick of steers incompetent staff and everytime only getting a sorry. This must really be addressed with their stupid staff I'm very ****ed and want an answer I can see that steers doesn't care bout reviews.
