We submit our CVs asking for employment we overcommit ourselves at interview stage . We get job opportunities however we fail to deliver .On Friday My partner and I went to the ATM next to Spur Bethlehem on our way back we decide to pass by to buy Buffalo wings . We stood by the door and asked if they are still open to assist us because it was already 9:15PM and they close at 10PM .The lady by the name Gedy with attitude pulling her face said to her colleagues and manager " Haai re kwetse " meaning "No we are closed" not thinking that we heard her .We then went in and still managed to buy. We are regular client at Spur Bethlehem at Dihlabeng Mall we spend our money we work hard for without a doubt . The attitude we got made us question a lot of things . Today is Sunday we wish to go there but on second thoughts we will rather go somewhere else where customers are appreciated .
My partner and I singed into a contact with Telkom in June . A debit never went though and immediately we sent them an email to Wayne Saayman making payments arrangement. they sent an email saying they will debit us on the 31st of July still nothing went through. They the deactivated our services. we went to the nearest branch where they advised that our debit was bouncing, we could not understand as there was always funds available in our accounts and mandate was approved for them to deduct my account. We even opted for cancelling as this was tiring mind due we are working from home we need data every day . After mentioning cancellation a debit of R2300 went off on the 25th . we called the call center to advise them of our problem and decide to continue with Telkom . Today is the 30th we are finding ourselves in the same possession where we are still buying our own data our services are still blocked but they took our money .please if you cant help us cancel our contact and refund us what is due to us
Last night we visited beef Baron with my family for dinner we got there around 7:30 and was assisted by Vincent more than anything his service was good however the food took long we waited for more than one hour close to two hours for our food that time I'm pregnant I couldn't wait anymore and had to order fried just t keep me on track OK Long story short the food was delivered to us around 9:15. As my husband was eating he found a plastic in his burger I honestly don't know what to say about the service we got from the kitchen of beef Baron Bethlehem we are really disappointed and we don't see ourselves being part of their customers anymore .
what a bad service from Olieven Debonairs ! I placed my order at 7PM and the App was not working for me to be able to track my order .I waited and received my order at 8:40 PM . when my order arrived it was cold and rock hard . had i known i was no gonna waisted my money or could have went for the alternative
I receive an email / sms in the morning regarding delivery . I called them at 12:06 to follow up on the delivery time as it was not stated on the message . i spoke to a consultant who informed me that he is calling the driver therefore he will revert back to me in 10 minutes , 10 min passed no word from him . I called back again at 13:29 and spoke to the other consultant who told me that he is also calling the driver and that he will call me as soon as possible as we speak it is 2 :45 and still i haven't heard any word from neither of them . My frustration is i have explained to them so well that i have some errands to run i can not go anywhere as the driver might arrive while i am out which may lead to issues . I feel so inconvenienced and I'm disappointed with the service .I could not attend my doctor`s appointment just for being a better person and understanding that i can not inconvenience anyone however how i was treated was the opposite .
I accidentally made a duplicate payment to DSTV from my FNB and Capitec bank account as my decoder was blocked. I called to make them aware of this incident. I first spoke to a lady who asked me to send proof of payment which I did after our telephonic discussion .20 min later my decoder was unblocked . I called back after few minutes and spoke to Kylen who advise that he is escalating my query to his managers who will revert back to me between 24/48 hours. He advise that the extra amount I paid will be credited on my January payment which I disagreed because I made it very clear that I made a mistake .He took down my banking details advising that I will be refunded within 24 hours. nothing happened as a result- I called back again today doing a follow up and spoke to Samikelisiwe who advised that nothing was done with my request and no banking details are reflecting on their system. She requested that I give her my details again and that she will be processing my refund as of today however it I will get it within 7-14 working details. I am not again their processes however I am failing to understand. How did they unblock my decoder if payment was not received or cleared from the bank? And why am I requested to wait for so long for my money whereas they got what they requested from me from the onset? I am honestly tired with this back and forth exercise. Please refund me
I went to Game in boulders to purchase some items they had on special everybody was minding their own business, i then saw this lady who was also doing her job which is cleaning, asked her for help immediately she assisted me with no hesitation that she is a cleaner, job well done she deserves a promotion
Will you ever listen to the recordings and pay back my money its over 3 years now
