I do not know nor do i understand why mobimoola is debiting my account every month for R199, R136, R136 respectively, i have not taken a loan from them in a very long time and last time i wanted to take a loan feom them they rejected me yet they are debiting my account every month, their contact centre is not helping at all i am not getting any explanations and i want all my money back
I cancelled my insurance with Oakhurst in August and received an email from Nadia Scannel confirming that i had successfully cancelled it yet every month they are still debiting my account and i dont get any explanation when i call, i have called several times to request them to stop but nothing is being done and my account is being debited, i want them to stop
I contacted mobimoola to enquire about the debits in my account, after a lengthy phone call with a consultant I also requested a loan of R600 which she approved and confirmed that it will be paid out, till now no payment has been made yet instead they deducted R150 from my account I n the 72 hours they promised to pay
