Mochachoes trade route mall

I ordered at 14.58 and Made payment at 15.09 pm . Got confirmation that it would take 60 minutes to pre . Order was done on online site real time mall . At 16.30 I check online to see if prepared it still showed as still been prepared I ordered two burgers . The first driver came to deliver but didn't have order with him .we complained to manager and he confirmed due to fasting it very busy at shop . The second driver came at 17.30 with cold chips and food . How does one wait 2 and half hours for 2 burgers even site not updating on what happening to order . This is not first time we experience slow service from that branch in trade route mall . Last two times we only order chips and took 50 minutes to prepare
