Utterly dissatisfied

I purchased 2 tickets @ R750 each for the Modelane Long Table event that was supposed to take place 27 September 2025. On 12 September 2025 I was notified via email that the event had been cancelled. The organizers said they would issue a full refund, but I have not received any further communication since then.

I’ve tried to follow up by email with no response,instead now emails bounce back.

It has been four months since they cancelled and there's been zero communication from them other than the cancellation email. I am so upset and disappointed.
