On Monday, 28 November Jacques did a quote for me on cupboards for two of my bedrooms and an outside cupboard. I also referred him to my mother who had him do a quote for her on that same day. He said to me that he'd email the formal quote to me on that following Tuesday as I told him that it was a rushed job. He said that he'd be able to start the installation on 9 December (tomorrow). On Wednesday, 30 November I phoned his office to find out where my quote was just to be told that I'd get it that following Thursday. On Sunday, 4 December at 22:06 Sunette sent me a quote. On Monday, 5 December I asked Sunette when installation would commence. I still haven't heard anything back.

I haven't experienced such poor service in a very long time.

I suggest finding a service provider who actually wants to do business.

These people are the sort of people I feel the public should be warned about. Their service is poor and slow and instead of trying to resolve the issue, they emailed me with:
Had I paid a deposit, I would've still waited for the installation. They didn't reply to any of my telephonic or email requests, but as soon as I put them on HelloPeter.com, they respond immediately.
What I failed to mention in my original report was that I had an appointment with Jacques at 10:00 on 28 November which I took time off work for. At 09:10 that morning his receptionist phoned me to tell me that he'll only be with me at 11:00.
They failed to deliver on any of their promises.
If they are so busy, why do my quote? Why do a quote for the referral I gave them? Why tell me that installation would start on 9 December?
Then they lodge a complaint with HelloPeter.com when I have proof of our call logs, recordings of our telephonic conversations and all email correspondence.
Should HelloPeter.com remove my complaint, I would be terribly disappointed as I feel that this is the exact purpose of your site: To warn others against scam artists such as these.
