I have been phoned 23 times in the last 3 days from various numbers all belonging to Dischem Life. I've asked to be removed from their call lists, to no avail. It is DREADFUL how companies like this exploit the POPIA. I will also be reporting them to the relevant authorities.
I sent my first cancellation email on 1 September 2025. I am still paying Capital Legacy. I have followed up with 5 emails requesting the cancellation - nothing. Michelle Puseltso Moahlodi just ignores my emails. They seem quick to sign you up, but are doing everything they can to prevent you from cancelling.
I issued a return of 3 orders I placed for items that weren't advertised correctly. It was 5 boxes for the 3 orders. I returned all 5 of them to the driver, but was not refunded for one of the boxes because it got lost in transit. I spend tens of thousands of Rands with Takealot.com monthly for myself and my businesses. I've been a loyal client for over 10 years. Why should I be penalised for theft, or whatever happened to that box? I expect my refund!
I ordered an item (Order #142079629) on 13 December 2023 and shortly thereafter logged a return (MRRN-76Z5X-EV5D). I was not available for collection when Takealot.com decided to collect, and used the link in their SMS to reschedule. Despite contacting them, they still came to my house 5 times for collection, so the link clearly doesn't work. Now I've been waiting for collection for the entire month (January is almost done), and no one has collected. According to Moegsiena.S "Kindly note we can only log a return for "i have changed my mind" within 30 days thereafter the option goes away". Now I have to send through photos for "approval", but the item is still sealed in the box. Can someone come and collect the item and refund my money?!
My husband and I would like to thank Prosper Moyo at Bed King Atterbury Value Mart for his excellent, friendly and efficient service. We hope that management recognizes that this employee sold us on a product from Bed King after we had visited 4 of its competitors, and looks after this gem.
I've sent 30 emails and phoned 4 times since 13 March 2023 to get my issue resolved. I've only EVER had one cellphone number, one email address and one Checkers Xtra Savings card, yet: 1. I cannot log into the Checkers website with my email address as it keeps prompting me to change my password and when I do, it says it doesn't work. Round and round in a loop for all eternity. 2. I cannot log into the Checkers website with my cellphone number because 90% of the time it doesn't send an OTP to my cellphone. And no, it's not under Blocked Messages. 3. When I can log into the website, I cannot link my Xtra Savings card (and I've tried 4 different ones now) as I get the following message: "There was an error while updating your information. Please, try again." 4. I cannot link my Xtra Savings card on the Checkers Sixty60 App as I get the same error message as above. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra several times. 5. I am not getting any Xtra Savings despite being linked on your system, according to all of the operators I've communicated with. 6. No one has resolved my issue, phoned or emailed me back, or attempted to be of any assistance, despite numerous empty promises. I am highly disgusted by the level of service from Checkers and Sixty60 and need my issue resolved TODAY.

Apparently the product was out of stock, no one informed me, and no attempt was made to refund my money. After numerous back and forths, I was told on 15 May 2023 that my refund would be issued after 7 days (not working days). This is laughable, but not surprising from this company. It is now 2 June 2023 - 19 days later - and no refund has been received. I want my refund and to warn others against the pathetic service from Snatcher. It's now 12 June 2023 and still no refund!

After nearly a year of struggles with this whole process and team, I finally submitted my codes to Dillan this morning, got back all for emails, completed the form for each, attached my ID, just to be told by nadverma1 from Redemptions that my information doesn't match. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! Can someone from management phone me urgently or I am really going to be doing a piece on our news platform about this.
In 2021 during the Samsung Buy & Get campaign, we purchased numerous items as part of the promotion. All of the items were submitted via the correct channels, which did not work. We have, during the past 8 months, phoned Samsung COUNTLESS times for the applications to be approved and have, to date, not received our rewards. I am now DONE phoning and sending emails regarding this issue. I want my rewards TODAY or I am escalating this issue to social media and news networks.
