Worst service ever

This was the worst experience ever. Decided on a dining room set. The sales person said we can go to the manager to request some discount. He took us directly to the sales. The manager is not even there. The sales person said they do deliveries in town for free. Then they wanted to charge us for delivery 3 blocks away.
