Worst service ever
This was the worst experience ever. Decided on a dining room set. The sales person said we can go to the manager to request some discount. He took us directly to the sales. The manager is not even there. The sales person said they do deliveries in town for free. Then they wanted to charge us for delivery 3 blocks away.

Worst customer service ever
My decoder broke. I am trying to use another decoder. Onscreen error that the decoder is not paired. Please phone customer service for assistance. When phoning them, they cant even help. Now I phone the installer, He uses my phone, to phone the same people, and they pair the decoder with the smartcard, and pay him as well. What a money making scam.

Worst company
Good day, My husband registered for Debt review under Fight debt in 2015. He signed the forms, it was agreed. The amount agreed upon was left for them to take on debit order, nothing was taken. We phoned, the phone only rung, the next month the same thing happened. Now, 4 years later, he is still under "debt review", with no contact nr that actually works for these people.
