Poor Quality Bag Less than a Month

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Karl Lagerfeld Men’s Bag “805 906 990” I purchased from your online store on 29 October 2024. Despite being less than a month old, the bag's condition has already started to deteriorate.

Specifically, the metal logo of the bag is showing signs of fraying/peeling off to more of a bronze discolouration. I have taken good care of the bag, storing it properly and avoiding exposure to harsh conditions.

Given the price point and quality expectations associated with your brand, I am extremely disappointed with the bag's performance. As a customer, I expect a certain level of durability and quality, especially from a reputable business like yours, trading high end exclusive fashion products. Really does raise eyebrows in this case if we are really buying the legit products.
