The service is extremely bad I ordered a pair of sneakers on the 1st of December, they sent an email on the 15th of December telling me that they don’t have the sneaker or something like that, I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and the status of my order is still not changing and there’s still no refund. Do not order online it’s horrible

I’m not happy with the service I’m receiving from hydraulics store online, ordered shoes on the 11th of December and today I called in on the online number but the lady by the Name of Annah refused to assist me when I requested a change of address since they said the shoes are not yet even packaged…I informed her as to the reasons I need my shoes I will be travelling and if they have to deliver I won’t be home .she refused and told me I should speak to courier guy when the shoes are not even yet with courier guy. My request was simple to deliver the shoes at the nearest shop and I will pic them up anywhere in PTA or JHB

I placed an order with Hydraulics on 30 November 2025, and today is 12 December 2025. Since placing the order, the status has remained “Order Placed” with no updates whatsoever. I have attempted to follow up via email multiple times, but I have received no response, which is extremely unprofessional. I need clear communication regarding why my order is delayed and when I can expect delivery. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Karl Lagerfeld Men’s Bag “805 906 990” I purchased from your online store on 29 October 2024. Despite being less than a month old, the bag's condition has already started to deteriorate. Specifically, the metal logo of the bag is showing signs of fraying/peeling off to more of a bronze discolouration. I have taken good care of the bag, storing it properly and avoiding exposure to harsh conditions. Given the price point and quality expectations associated with your brand, I am extremely disappointed with the bag's performance. As a customer, I expect a certain level of durability and quality, especially from a reputable business like yours, trading high end exclusive fashion products. Really does raise eyebrows in this case if we are really buying the legit products.

The worst customer service from Celine/Selina, shoe was bought 24 April 2024 and returned 17 July 2024. Now we’re told we can’t get a replacement because their factory fault has a 3 month period. The same period that hadn’t passed when the shoe was returned. Imagine repairing a R5000 shoe that was only worn twice. Very poor service and quality

I ordered 12 items online and received 11. Ive been sending messages via the contact us form , ive send and resend and i don't get any replies. I called Sandton store because there is no head office contact number on the website , so i requested the contact details they only gave me the landline. I have been calling that line for 3 days everyday and there is no answer. The price of their items doesn't go with their poor service.

I recently bought an item online from Hydraulics, and I received an email that the item was no longer available because of the size, and that they would refund me my money. Almost two weeks now a lady by the name Talia has been taking me from pillar to post claiming that my refund has been processed and I sent her emails requesting proof and even enquiring about my refund, she avoids my emails. I bought this item on the 15th August, Its the 25th and no word, my refund nothing, response to emails dololo. Hydraulics online are ****mers! do not buy there. I have take the decision to go raid the store and take anything for the value of my money because it does not look like I will ever get my refund anytime soon or ever.

I have never experienced such disgusting customer service; from any hydraulics store. I frequent the stores and have always received great service and always left the stores with more than one item. However today was not such a wonderful experience; it was down right rude, and unprofessional behaviour. We wear a mask not because we r sick but the pandemic left us loosing so many members so we as a family have opted to wear our masks. As I enter the store on the top inside sandton next to Karl a man that works for hydraulics tells asks me y I’m wearing a mask then I’m not allowed to wear a mask, then he goes on to tell me he’s going to spray everything. This is prejudice down right because there are people not wearing masks coughing and not asked the vice. I asked for his name he tells his name is irrelevant I don’t need it. I told him I need it to complain. His manager gets involved and agreed that his behaviour was not great. He asked him to apologise and he gave me the most insincere sorry mam. I won’t shop in this store again; and I really hope you guys can offer some sort of training on what’s cordial customer service. Also name tags is a thing! I’m totally disgusted
