I have been on paycity for about 10years and for about a year now I'm no longer receiving notifications from them and my former boss last worked with in 2014 is the one receiving my notifications. I tried checking on the website all my details are still correct and I've never changed my number and I've never used her numbers anywhere except on my CV. They said they'll update system but never answered how they have her number as mine . Till to date I'm not receiving anything she is the one receiving confidential notification know my current trips and offences,
I have a phone that is insured by telkom which is a replacement of a lost phone that was previous insured, the issue is the insurance still has the details of the old phone not the new one and im still paying the insurance which to my knowledge im paying for the current one . I have been paying insurance for this phone since 2023 now its 2026 and i tried so many times to resolve this , i even went to telkom few times and they keep telling me to call or email and that email doesn't receive emails. So its been back and fourth with no help
I've been with King Price from 11 years and was rating it as the best because theyve never let me down, but this time i just realised why people are changing insurances. Im now owing Europcar because they sent the wrong return date of the car to them and now i havent reached 30 days and europcar terminated by rental before the date i was given by king price , I've been asking them to correct it and its now almost 10days they are not fixing it and my bill is pilling up they even have a nerve to tell me to return before my 30days and my car is still under repairs and once i go to Europcar they will want they money that they charging me daily as if i privately rented their car. King Price made a mistake but now its like they don't even know how to fix and this is all costing me. Never put your trust in one insurer for a long time, they start well but in a long run they do nonsense that will leave you in debts

Im happy with the service i receive they are the best always respond on time when i need them
I've been using tracker for years with no issues but lately their services are so poor, everytime they get a notification on one of my cars they call to check but when i answer the phone the call gets cut off and not on my phone only even on my husband's phone as they also call him and after that they don't call again they are done , meaning if im highjacked they won't even reach a point of realizing that because the call gets cut off. Ive logged a complain but the issue still remains. I wanted to add another car so i requested a call and they called me and same thing happened and they never called again, even with sales they don't care or take efforts so what about the ones we are already paying, they don't even need to beg us. Im tired of their poor service that they failing to resolve id rather join another company for the new car as for the rest ill wait for contracts rp finish because with them you'll be highjacked and receive a call that will serve no purpose .
Online bad service with payment errors. I bought a TV online and payment when through on my side as i did approve on the app the after it had to process on the makro page but it took a while then failed but payment never reserved today when i call them they tell me payment is not reflecting on their side but its an instant eft and this is stock on promotion that might run out. So they said they'll investigate but wont guarantee that by the time they get back to me they'll be stock. For my urgency to avoid losing out i made another payment to get stock while they rake their time because i know they might take a while, to my suprise same thing happened now i paid the TV double the amount meaning their system has errors ans their cant help me today they want me to wait till maybe till theres no stock.
Im writting on behalf of practice , we have a patient who has been pleading with medshield to put us on DSP as he is not willikg to change provider due to reasons he has given them on email and they told him that the provider must reapply. We have been doing that but they still reject us meaning they not being honest to patient that they don't want us as they cant give reasons why whereas patient gave them the reasons why he cannot change providers. On top of this they are busy underpaying us instead of R1796 after copayment they pay us 1077 and all consultants keeps saying its 40% copayment till i tell them to use a calculator then they see problem and apologize but this doesn't change they still pay new claims same amount and everytime i call its still same thing i have to argue with consultant before they can see the problem it's like you have to teach them how to calculate.
