Driver never collects goods when contacted, I have to follow up 2 or three times before it is collected. This time the driver is 2 days late for a parcel that has to be delivered the same day. Alberton area, when contacting the courier to collect my parcel, he asked if I have never forgotten anything in my life. The problem is this is a recurring issue, and I am tired of having to follow up on every parcel that I send. Fastway either needs to escalate the issue with the driver, as I am certain I am not the only person that feels this way. I would also like to iterate how difficult it is to actually contact Fastway regarding its drivers. There is nowhere to contact them, and i have to resort to reviews to hopefully get a response.
Bought a electricity for R500, never received a token. Tried to use the live chat function on the website, but with no reply 15 minutes later. it is only 17h55 at the moment and support should be available until 11 pm.
Blocked a cellphone number of my company as one of my employees were Hijacked on the highway. Did a sim swap and needed to re unlocking the phone. apparently, all the information on my account is incorrect, and now I am unable to unock my phone after my information was verified when I locked it the same day. How is it possible for Vodacom to even have my company name, registration number and address incorrect? this is pathetic
I was missing 3 transactions to qualify for level 5 ebucks, do 3 transactions on the last day of the month, but do not get rewarded for it. It should be rectified to show the transaction was made in February.
5G modem has not been able to connect for 48 hours now. I have logged a ticket, but no one has come back to me in the 24-hour timeframe they set out. My router was delivered on the 1st of March but still shows out for delivery on my profile.
Returned a product to a pickup point on the 25th of February, and still have not yet received any feedback regarding the money that needs to be credited. It just shows that it has been scheduled on my profile, and not that it has been returned to the pickup point in Alberton. There is also no way of following up with this other than compaining on hellopeter.

I am trying to give my months notice, but I am not getting a response with the relevant forms that need to be completed. Please can someone send me these forms to be completed, as i have sent the request on the 31st of December to cancel it by end January.
I recently purchased a new vehicle for my company, and removed and added a vehicle. When signing up, I asked the sales person what device we currently had, as I would like everything to be the same as my other vehicles. She the informed me to tick connect, as that is what my vehicles have. To my suprise, we actually have the retrieve UNIT and not the connect. Now tracker wants to charge me R7000 cancellation fee for misinforming me about the unit i currently have. I have tried escalating this with tracker, only to be told that i ticked the connect on the form (I called them when filling this out as there are 14 different units to choose from). Then I requested them to please listen to the recording, but they never get back to me. I have also requested a manager I spoke to to also send me the recording so i can prove what was said, but also never happened. I am not sure how i could escalate this matter further, as it feels like I was taken advantage of, and now I need to jump through hoops to rectify an issue, that was caused by the sales representative. The connect is also only R50 more per month, which is fine, but the connect unit sends me about 10 notifications a day, with tracker calling me at 4 o clock in the morning about nonsense. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED EVERYDAY ABOUT MY DRIVER DRIVING IN SOWETO.
Private banker never available when contacted. Even when calling the private banking number, the line drops after waiting for 5min before anyone answers.
