I’m not happy with the service I’m receiving from hydraulics store online, ordered shoes on the 11th of December and today I called in on the online number but the lady by the Name of Annah refused to assist me when I requested a change of address since they said the shoes are not yet even packaged…I informed her as to the reasons I need my shoes I will be travelling and if they have to deliver I won’t be home .she refused and told me I should speak to courier guy when the shoes are not even yet with courier guy. My request was simple to deliver the shoes at the nearest shop and I will pic them up anywhere in PTA or JHB
I waited a full 2 weeks to get the mixer only to be sent a different product as to the one advertised. The hand mixer I received is 300W not the same as the one I ordered of 800W and it has a name written RAF and the one the picture is a different hand mixer I asked takealot to return product and replace it instead they sent back my money and now the product is sold at R999.00 and when I purchased it it was R510.00 They sell us a cheap product different from the one advertised I need a replacement of the product I order with the same amount I ordered it with…takealot is ****ming people , they they rejected my review because they don’t want people to know what they do.
I went to choppies Lephalale, Ellisras on the 17/07/2023 The cashier asked if i needed a plastic and I indicated that I do not need one but is it possible for me to take out the trolley to the car and she said yes it is possible. I then asked if the packer will only pack for me if I bought a plastic bag and she said to me she will not pack my groceries and that I quote "Its on her discretion whether she packs for me or not and at that moment she will not pack for me because she doesn't want to and she will do it if she feels like it" I then asked her twice if she is sure of the statements she was making and she ascertained that she is sure, i followed up n asked her name and she proudly said she's Leta arrogantly so. I asked to see the manager and asked him about the company policy in retation to packing in the sense to understand how their policy works as Leta has indicated to me that she does her job only when she wants to. And how she disrespected me in my rights as a customer. She then continued to pack for everyone else that came after me...
I ordered debonairs pizza from lephalale mall and had requested or put in tripple extra mozzarella on the pizza in the order but when my order arrived the pizza was burned and the triple extra mozzarella was not added... The taste of the pizza is not the same as the standard debonairs pizza we order anywhere else...I am not satisfied with the quality of service rendered from debonairs pizza Lephalale mall, I paid R300 for a pizza that was not worth the price. Please assist me
Incredible connections mall @carnival, after I received a claim from abacus, I called in to the store to asked about the availability of the tablet and I was told they do not have in store but tried sourcing from other stores which was taking long but what I really appreciate is that the guy kept in touch and communicated everything on the phone I then passed by the store while running errands. I was impressed by how the guys were actively involved in my case & made alternatives measures that made me leave the store, a happy client... The treatment was superb
I have logged a claim on the 7 June 2021 and I got a response telling me which documents to send and I did just that on the 13 June 2021 but since then till this day I haven't received any communication from them and this is the second time around because the first tablet I insured with them I was told that the insurance is once off payment and I will get help if anything happens to it but when I got back to them they said my insurance had lapsed so even now they seem to be delaying the process as to claim that it has lapsed again. I did not get help with the first tablet so I had to buy a new tablet now my son does not have a tablet to work with at school as there is not even a communication from abacus.
I have lodged a claim since Friday the 18 of June, I have made numerous calls to 1life and all I am told is that my documents are with the accessor mind you the funeralis on Friday and nothing is being said to me about the claim,every time I call I am being told that the accessor is going to give me a call. I read my policy terms it saystthey pay within 24 hours but till today the 23rd I still haven't gotten a call from the accessor or any sort of feedback. 1life service is very poor and unprofessional, with this kind of service when will I be able to make arrangementsfor the funeral?
I have been awaiting my study materials since beginning of April I got an sms on the 6th of April 2021 from DSV stating that my books will be delivered In 1-6 days but even until this day the 3rd of May I haven't received anything and I got an sms on the 29 April 2021 stating that my books have been delivered but I did not get anything from them. When you calling there are not agents to assist me the phone rings on its own. Such a bad service from DSV courier
Gugu gave me a wrong order and insisted telling me what she thought I wanted with a horrible attitude and made me wait on the side for more than 20 minutes for ice-cream n then wanted me to pay extra R2 for the ice-cream that I did not order and she told me to go ahead and report her on hello peter she doesn't care and started aggressive in words while other customers were waiting for service.
I payed for a deep freezer on the 3rd of October & delivery was promised to happen in two weeks after payment was made from manufacturer, but now its almost a full month of waiting and the responsible person doesn't make the effort of contacting me for updates on the where abouts of the freezer,I went to enquire last week Tuesday but unfortunately he was off, they promised he will call on Wednesday but nothing happened its the 31st of October and still there's nothing happening I'm still waiting & payed full amount for the fridge but I can't use my fridge.
