Bad service
The service is extremely bad I ordered a pair of sneakers on the 1st of December, they sent an email on the 15th of December telling me that they don’t have the sneaker or something like that, I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and the status of my order is still not changing and there’s still no refund. Do not order online it’s horrible

Makro online *******
Makro online’s services are absolutely ******* they never ever deliver on time, and when you take it up with them they just say they will look into the matter. I don’t recommend buying from them.

My experience with Oneplan has been good so far I haven’t experienced any issues. Today Sibusiso Ncambaca was awesome with assisting me,it was very swift . 10/10
