The terrific Terri and Charity
I visited the skin reform Clinic is Grayston Sandton which is the same as Bedfordview and Greenstone. Terri was absolutely lovely with respect to seeing me urgently. She was knowledgeable on the different treatments and Charity did the carbon facial. I did experience a few bumps as the the******s did make me aware of prior to the treatment. However a few days later my skin was absolutely glowing. Beautiful results and I’ll definitely be visiting them in another few weeks. Thank you for all your assistance

Smooth sailing
The flight to Cape Town was great from the CPT to the JHB airport but yesterdays flight was even better. We got to the airport super early but our flight was at 4pm. Zoliswa at customer care lift in Cale Town assisted me so so quickly and efficiently so that my family and I could make the 1pm flight. Bronwyn at the checking in counter also assisted us with ease. I will never use another SA airline again because lift is amazing. I wish I could recall the pilots name on the flight back He was great . A shout out to Rea( both flights)and Andries ( was on my flight to CPT) amazing people with amazing energies. Thank you Lift airlines. Thank you Lift I’ll definately be recommending everyone and I mean everyone to use your services. So so grateful

My mum had such a lovely experience at Dis-Chem;Sandton City. Thank you Sheila Jansen for your wonderful demeanour, your way with the elderly; your patience and your kindness. I wish you all the success. You are truly a leader and I hope dischem acknowledges you. Amazing human being. Thank you so so so much for assisting my mum. We love you from the bottom of our hearts. We need more of you
My 10 year old daughter needed a set of books for school but a specific type called binder books with square, lines or dotted paper. She Google’s PNA’s number the Hydepark branch and calls. A wonderful answer d very patient Koketso answers and assists my daughter. This lady is amazing my daughter asked Koketso to set them aside. Koketso has everything ready and shows my daughter the other options at the store .I really appreciate the fact that she assisted my kid and her kindness is amazing. I wish Koketso a beautiful life she’s a beautiful human inside and out. Thank you so much. I hope that PNA acknowledges your worth as you are an amazing people’s person.

Name tags should be a thing
I have never experienced such disgusting customer service; from any hydraulics store. I frequent the stores and have always received great service and always left the stores with more than one item. However today was not such a wonderful experience; it was down right rude, and unprofessional behaviour. We wear a mask not because we r sick but the pandemic left us loosing so many members so we as a family have opted to wear our masks. As I enter the store on the top inside sandton next to Karl a man that works for hydraulics tells asks me y I’m wearing a mask then I’m not allowed to wear a mask, then he goes on to tell me he’s going to spray everything. This is prejudice down right because there are people not wearing masks coughing and not asked the vice. I asked for his name he tells his name is irrelevant I don’t need it. I told him I need it to complain. His manager gets involved and agreed that his behaviour was not great. He asked him to apologise and he gave me the most insincere sorry mam. I won’t shop in this store again; and I really hope you guys can offer some sort of training on what’s cordial customer service. Also name tags is a thing! I’m totally disgusted

Nothing to carry a whole lot of items out of the store
We went to purchase our household items etc Hangers, crisps,containers All I’ll say is I was told by the cashier Tandeka that you guys didn’t receive boxes or packets to carry all my parcels and there’s loads of smaller items. No idea what’s happening with service nor do I think that is practical at all. Only asking for something that’s paid for and asking for something that’s required in these businesses. Definately won’t be returning.she also told me to use a trolley to put everything in. Am I supposed to be going up and down the stairs because u didn’t receive consumables ?

I don’t know what it is with lovisa and kids. I’m absolutely disgusted with the service. I took my 9 year old into the lovisa in Sandton city. The teller gives her a dirty look like what do u want here and she stomped my kid into a freeze.I’m a paying customer note that. Then she the teller Norma completely ignores us and I need to pay she turns her back and casually starts a convo with someone else. Just wanna know is it a problem or issue serving customers. Honestly Hyde park is amazing. The staff in Hyde park is amazing. I really think Norma should work where there isn’t people or kids cos she’s not helpful and really the attitude is something else. I’m sure there’s cameras take a look

Lovable Luyazi
I visited the Lindt store in Sandton city mall today. I was taken aback when Luyazi greeted me with salaam. I felt so happy. He made us feel so welcomed and I really appreciate that. Normally stores will be hi ok May I help? But this gentleman made my day. He was full of compliments and treated my mom so well she’s 65. We couldn’t stop talking about him and his ideologies. He respects everyone and learns about different cultures. Amazing human and I wish for him to have nothing but the best in life. I hope he gets a promotion or something special for Christmas because he’s truely an amazing young man.

The best service and advice I’ve ever received
I want to send a big huge thank you to the everyone at dischem Modderfontain. Naatie was so patient sending my meds daily through this tough time . I wanted to thank Miss Leticia at the dispensary as no doctors could assist me with my daughters deficiency after Covid; and she noted it immediately. Thank you Leticia thank u thank u Thank u. Last but not least thank u to Prudence at the vitamin section as she helped me save money and get the most I need in terms of all our vitamins. I appreciate you guys. Naatie;Leticia and Prudence May God grant you all the best always; I hope and wish all your efforts are acknowledged. I will be sending a small token of my appreciation soon ❤️
