Train your staff people skills!!

Highly upset about the way I was treated by your cleaner and security guard. They need some people skills. They are not the owners nor manager and to talk to people the way they did is unexpectedly

I am a smoker and that is my choice 1st of all. Just after 13pm I entered the mall and before I did, I killed my smoke with my shoe and also dipped into water. After that I put in the bin. I was then aggressively approach by both the female (old) cleaner and the security, shouting at me that I am going to burn the place down. The more I tell them it not lit the more they are shouting. To the point where I got upset and stack my hand in and PULLED OUT THE UNLIT STOM****! Now I am very that after sticking my hand in a Public bin to get them off my ass, they Both still had the nurve to tell me I am rude.

Please train your staff on how to talk to people

P. S how *** is your security? I killed the smoke in front of him and he still went on unprofessional like that.
