Failed Medical treatment
10 March 2024 - 21:30 pm My brother was rushed to the clinic because he has been bleeding nonstop and vomiting, it didn’t even take long to conclude that he has meningitis and he should be rushed to the hospital, not even mentioning which hospital. We waited for 2 hours, waiting for the ambulance. On the spot, I started having a panic attack and I was told there’s nothing they can do because I am not an emergency, rude. I told them this is not the first time this is happening and i was not listened to, instead the lady kept on being rude and making a scene out of me, embarrassing me in that moment when i was telling her what else i am feeling. I was given Panado medication and Brufen and was told I should follow up with my doctor because there’s nothing they can do, when they were on their phones and watching tick-tock videos. The lady who was helping me was with another doctor in the room. She is short, was wearing a curly weave and dark in complexion, the other doctor is tall bald headed and has a bruise on his forehead. They didn’t have name tags, so I wouldn’t know the names because they were so rude. I hope this email gets to you. Whilst we waiting for my brother to be taken to hospital.

Dentist
The service that I received at Mofolo Central Clinic dentist from Dr Msonda and the staff nurses was out of this world. I got the best treatment and whole lot of information regarding teeth... keep up the good work I'm so proud of you.

MOFOLO CENTRAL CLINIC (WORST CLINIC IN SOWETO)
WORST GOVERNMENT CLINIC IN SOWETO!!! I can say this with confidence because I have worked with 6 different clinics in the area. The staff responsible for their kids department is beyond useless!!! My child nearly choked on her own vomit while they were on tea. I tried to ask the manager when her staff would be back to work after we waited a full hour for them to have their tea (WHICH THEY ALL TAKE AT THE SAME TIME) and she literally just looked at me dead in the eyes with no interest at all and told me she's also on lunch. I asked who is standing in for the one's on tea and she walked away from me without even checking on my daughter who was drooling from her puke in my arms. Those women working there have lost all interest in the OATH they took when they started working, they have lost all compassion for the kids they are treating and could care less about anything but coming to work and waiting to knock off. I took pictures of them sitting in their staff room without a care and will use them as proof of neglect on their part. HOW CAN A WHOLE CLINIC MANAGER NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS. I promise to God I will do everything in my power to expose the manager there and get her to be held accountable for her useless staff and her inability to manage her department. I have already reported her to the nurses council and will not stop till they get rid of that woman!!!
