Failed Medical treatment

My brother was rushed to the clinic because he has been bleeding nonstop and vomiting, it didn’t even take long to conclude that he has meningitis and he should be rushed to the hospital, not even mentioning which hospital. We waited for 2 hours, waiting for the ambulance.

On the spot, I started having a panic attack and I was told there’s nothing they can do because I am not an emergency, rude. I told them this is not the first time this is happening and i was not listened to, instead the lady kept on being rude and making a scene out of me, embarrassing me in that moment when i was telling her what else i am feeling.

I was given Panado medication and Brufen and was told I should follow up with my doctor because there’s nothing they can do, when they were on their phones and watching tick-tock videos.

The lady who was helping me was with another doctor in the room.

She is short, was wearing a curly weave and dark in complexion, the other doctor is tall bald headed and has a bruise on his forehead.

They didn’t have name tags, so I wouldn’t know the names because they were so rude.
