In February 2014 I had financial challenges, my friend told me about Mohau Debt Counsellors I then visited their offices in Johannesburg by then, submitted all required documents however 3months down the line nothing was happening and my creditors kept calling, I then went back to their offices to please cancel my application as I am already making arrangements with my creditors, one of the consultant told to that I can't because they have already spoken to my creditors and I must pay the fee, before they can remove my name, and I must send an email to instruct them to remove my name to the manager, I have send them a number of email, called with no response until I went to their old building were I was told they no longer operating from that old office, but in Lenasia south of Johannesburg, I called and again I was told to send an email narating my story which I did, but to date no one has ever came back to me, I'm unable to do anything.... I am requesting assistance with this matter it's been 6year now
