ANNOID ADT CLIENT, FOR THE PAST WEEK MY ALARM SYSTEM HAS BEEN GIVING ME PROBLEMS, UNABLE TO ARM WITHOUT BYPASSING AND IT KEEP SENDING ALARN SIGNAL TO THEIR CONTROL, EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT RINGING IN TGE HOUSE THEY SEND PATROLS TO COME CHECK EVEN WHEY I SAY ALL IS WELL, CHARGING US UNNECESSARY COSTS REPORTONG ONE THING OVOR AND OVER, THEY HAVE BOOK A TECHNIIAN TO COME TODAY AT A FEE, AND EXTRA COST FOR PATROLS AS THE COME CHECK EVEN IF WE SAID WE ARE HOME SAFE....I AM SO ANNOID WITH ADT PERIORD.....
This referes to the claim as per the reference Fun003710261, the family has already buried while standard bank is taking us from pilller to post, it us sad that when the institution consultants presenting these products to us they always lier that payment is done within 24hrs, todate the payment has not been done, I request Standandard bank to act promptly in this claim as this is nor the first time they do something of this kind.
Good morning Mpho As a customer I am realy not happy as per my query dated 19th March, you said I WONT BE CHARGED AND NOW I WAS CHARGED TWICE WHICH I AM FAILING TO UNDERSTAND, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME ADT DOES THIS AND I AM REALLY ANNOID BY THIS NOW, CAN THIS MONEY BE RETURNED TO M6 ACCOUNT BEFORE I HONESTLY CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH ADT BECAUSE IF ITS NOT DOUBLE PAYMENTS, ALARM NOT WORKING OR APP NOT WORKING! I ARGE ADT TO PUT THEIR HOUSE IN ORDER! I AM ANNOID BY THIS COMPANY.
ADT Personel Ms Patricia Ndebele, on the 19th March, as i was calling for assistance as we have been having a problem with their app and the manual pad, not responding when trying to Arm for the passed 3days, ADT has not been giving us assistance but every month they dont forget to debit my account, for the passed days and today we are unable to Arm I've called sens emails with no response... At this time of the night I was calling them again for the same problem, I URGE THEM TO URGENTLY CONTACT ME AND COME AND ATTEND TO THE MATTER. THIS BEFORE I LOOK FOR SECURITY COMPANY THAT WILL TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT BECAUSE WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS THEY WILL NOT OWNUP. AS I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICE, ADT MUST DO WHATS RIGHT !!!!!

I am still waiting for their responce Woolie Food, Eastgate when I bought 2 pineapple just and the folowing day they were off, I saw that most their food especially fridge items u need to look their dates, what annoid me is the dates within the time... Woolworths standard is droping!!!
I bought pineapple juice yesterday afternoon with ather items, and today the juice is off! the sell by date 23-03-2023, used by 24-03-2023, this is realy an inconvenienc, which was not the first for this, but now I felt the need to report it

Good day My name is Phindile Zitha, Standard Bank client, my account was suspended from February, which I only find out when I visited the Easgate Branch, were I was told my account was was handle by their fraud department, I was given an email to send to find out why was my account suspended, three days later I call again since there was no communicating from the department, still the consultant who was assisting on the phone fails to get hold on them, requested me to hang up she will try and get back to me once she get hold of them, however she also didn't until I decide to write to hellopeter and twitter, another consultant contacted me as to get the story, he requested to call me back, so he can check with the department and his manager, hen then phoned last week Wednesday, that the fraud department didnt have any fraud case to my account, however he will ask his manager as for the way forward, to lift my account todate im still waiting for the feedback, im frustrated now that my debit orders tomorrow will not go through and i have bill to pay, if my debits orders bounce back whose going to pay for those interes.... I'm still waiting for standard bank with regards with my previous query, I'm still waiting, for feedback with regards to my account being suspended and I indicated that it's the account that my monthly salary goes into, can anyone one again give me a constructive answer, I'm tiered of whoever that's responsible for their online telling me that they are on it, with no answer...... I have bills to pay
