Not reliable at all! Signed up with them and paid for a package for 12 months... With R1000 booking fee for their agent to do my bookings. One month into it, the agent changes and they say I must pay an additional R1000 for a new agent to handle my bookings. Four months later, they want me to pay more because they have changed their booking platform and I must now activate my account in the new system, otherwise they won't honor my outstanding treatments for the next 8 months!

Please be aware before signing up with them. Customer support is non existent.
