I wish someone sees this before signing up for any of their packages under the claims of having won a “competition”. It’s been over a year now and I still have not received my refund after they wrongfully debited from my account a while after I had paid R699 in cancellation fees. I have been emailing since end of March 2024 up to date 15 April 2025 and all I’m met with is the matter is being escalated FOR OVER A YEAR after they claimed refunds take 60 to 90 working days. At this point I feel like I was just ****med! Recently they don’t even reply to any of my emails. I even got one email for someone that works in their finance department and zero correspondence from them either!
