I recharged my voucher yesterday at 12 and I was told to wait 3 hours for my internet and I waited till today it's not working. Then I decided to text them to ask what's going on and I was told to wait 72hours for the problem to be solved, how do when I'm using internet for my work and I asked If they can speed it up, I was told no they can't do that. It's so funny last I had the same problem but they didn't take long to solve it infact few minutes as I got a call from some lady telling me that she will sort it out and she did. So now what's the difference
