I ordered a bed online. They phoned and told me they would deliver on Saturday and no mention what time. Zero phone calls on Saturday until 16:44 to tell me they were coming. I asked when and they cut the call on me. Now it's after 17:00 and still no delivery just sitting and waiting. I will never order anything from this shop ever again.

The lobby was dirty it looked clean I went through the lobby and felt ashamed as I was walking into a brothel.i booked this place for my 20 year anniversary The linen was yellow the small kettle was dirty the pillows smelt bad the shower vent had hair in it the security at the gate closed the gate on my new CRV I was so nausciose of the smell I had to go outside for a R2000 room that I got as a discount and paid R640 I would have slept outside it looked like a brothel in there I am a converted person how can I except such humiliation the staff was ********* behaviour I am still shivering of the disgust hate that decision I made

I found the room to be decent. However, when I checked out, the receptionist asked me to wait briefly while she reviewed the room's status. After checking her screen, she assured me that everything was in order, which left me wondering if the room is equipped with cameras.

I cancelled my booking for another date the receptionist advised for another year also and told me to choose any date I prefer i did they just told me about period of using the booking funny enough the receptionist noted n my booking.so unprofessional. They just said sorry for the inconvenience.

The hotel is funky and affordable, the view is refreshing, Staff is welcoming and friendly.

I made a booking via your website on 10/10/23 for the Saturday 14/10/23. On the site I selected the check in time for 9h00. Upon arrival I was informed that check in is only at 15h00. Which I understood. I booked the double crash pad (2 bedrooms, 2 double beds). When we got to the unit 220, it was just 1 room and 1 bed. Nothing like what I booked. When we went to reception to enquire, the male receptionist had an attitude and told us we misunderstoodand there is no such room like what I’m showing. (Why does it then display on the website when you Book?) after a few words was exchanged the solution he said was for us to leave the hotel. 10min later they came to the room and said we need to leave now as the room has been booked. The manager also said we will be refunded in full. When I asked how they just said the site will reverse the payment and no need to call us. Till today no refund has been received. I have sent emails, called the office, made contact via Instagram but no avail . No one has gotten back to me. I do not recommend Mojo Hotel to anybody. The worst treatment I have ever received.

It was the most putrid service ever, from the receptionist Ferai and supposedly manager Lusindiso, that considered us people that “were fighting” after being treated like people that were asking for a free bee. Never in our wildest dream did we ever think that, asking for a Wi-Fi passwords would turn into a combative match from a receptionist that asked us, do you know who I am… with such confidence like we did not matter in front of someone that claimed to be a night manager. Rude would be such understatement… no one even thought it would be polite to show us where our room was.. we had to find it ourselves after a back and forth with a service provider… Feraai. I would not recommend mojo to anyone If this was a service that people would be subjected to… it was so painful… and the receptionist did not even respect the fact that the manager was there or maybe not even the manager putting a stop to what felt like an injustice… it was cool to a point of feeling like a number
