I ordered a bed online. They phoned and told me they would deliver on Saturday and no mention what time. Zero phone calls on Saturday until 16:44 to tell me they were coming. I asked when and they cut the call on me. Now it's after 17:00 and still no delivery just sitting and waiting. I will never order anything from this shop ever again.
I have a credit card with Capitec and my terms and conditions clearly state that I can increase my credit card limit one a year. When I did try to increase my credit card, the bank declined it and offered me termed loan for a more than the limit increase I requested. When I asked why they said it was due to affordability issues. This makes no sense since they offered me a term loan for more than what I asked for but with 28.25% interest. I will like this to be explained to me because it seems to me that capitec is forcing clients to take the credit options with higher interest rates. I would hate for Capitec to get another fine when I end up reporting this to NCR
I had a negative credit listing on my profile and my son's application to school was rejected because of it. I phone meerkat and they fixed it in less than seven days. Now my son's application was accepted by the school and I now have a good credit listing on my profile. Thank you Meerkat . Scammers do not bother I was on a trial plan and wanted to upgrade to a showmax pro subscription. The price was R199. I watched one game on tv and 3 hours later when I tried to watch on my laptop, I was told I did not have subscription for that and needed to upgrade to a plan for R299. spoke to an agent and asked if I can pay the additional R100 they said NO need to pay the full R299. I asked if I can get a refund since I had bought the wrong plan and they said NO. I will have to cancel my subscription and lose R199 and the resubscribe for another R299. This mean I would have paid R500 in a space of 3 hours just to watch football.
Have been waiting for my package from the U.K since 19 June 2021. For 2 weeks they keep telling me that the package is coming tomorrow. I have been sitting at home waiting for 2 straight weeks based on their promises.
I started using Getbucks in October 2014 when I took out a loan of R8000. I finished paying off their loan in a January 2015 but when I checked my transunion credit profile weeks after their loan was paid off and it still reflects that I have never paid a single cent to them. I called in to their call center and was told that it was paid off but nobody seems to take responsibility on clearing my name on itc. Was told to send an email to their account department so it can be updated and I sent it last week but nobody has sent an email back acknowledging my request.<br> <br> All I'm looking for is for my transunion credit to be clear as it was before.
I needed to settle my accounts in order to regulate my itc. Had an account that was handed over to vvm by truworths stores. They promised to remove the bad on my itc within within 14 days. It has been way longer than that but this is still a negative on my account which means I cannot get to my financial goals. <br> <br> all I want is this company to do what they promised so I can because their incompetence is making other peoples plan not work well at this.<br> <br> the funniest part of all of this is that I have done the same thing with other companies who do the same thing and they have cleared my my itc in a very quick time and it looks like this is illegal by this company because on the credit amnesty, creditors are supposed to clear you itc within 7 days.
