BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!! Rude staff member by the name of Conrad feels it acceptable to scream and shout and proceed to slam the phone down in my ear, when when I question why the delivery has not arrived when it was promised a day before.
