Poor communication and lack of proactive service

I am disappointed with the service received from Monarch Moving and Storage, specifically in my dealings with Julie. Since 28 August 2025, I have received very limited updates and no clear direction on next steps. I am repeatedly required to follow up for basic information, rather than receiving proactive communication. Even my most recent request to Julie for an update and clear options remains unanswered.

There is still no clarity on available options, timescales, or how this matter will be progressed, which has made an already stressful process unnecessarily difficult.

I am still awaiting a clear response and resolution.
